KM Properties is based on the idea of its founders that a real estate firm can succeed adhering to the highest degree of professionalism, experience and ethics, while at the same time offering unique and personalized service to its clients.

Bill Kunde is a native to Sonoma County being the fourth generation of his family to live and work in the Sonoma Valley.  Bill’s roots are in the agriculture business and his experience ranges from clearing land, growing wine grapes and all aspects of winery operations.  He has a life-long dedication to preserving Sonoma County’s farming and rural community.  Because of Bill’s history in the area, he has extensive knowledge of the unique attributes of the various regions of the County, and extensive contacts with both community and business members.  All of these traits can be of benefit to you in promoting your real estate needs.

Sue Michaelsen is also a long-time Sonoma County resident.  She is an attorney with an emphasis on Real Property and Land Use law.  Sue’s experience includes complex real property transactions; government entitlements and regulation; contract drafting and negotiating; boundary disputes; wills and trusts; and 1031 exchanges.  Her law experience greatly enhances the services KM Properties can offer its clients.
